President: Thomas "Huff" Hoffmaster II
Huff Hoffmaster brings more than three decades of hands-on experience in residential and light commercial HVAC systems to his writing and training. A respected HVAC consultant, educator, and industry leader, Huff has dedicated his career to advancing technical excellence, proper system design, and field best practices.
During his 17 years in technical support leadership, Huff led high-level support teams for major OEM manufacturers, including Carrier (11 years) and York (6 years). In these roles, he helped contractors across the country diagnose and resolve complex installation and service challenges while also developing robust technical training programs for technicians and support staff.
Known for his ability to translate complex engineering concepts into practical field applications, Huff has received numerous industry awards for his training programs and instructional leadership. His combination of deep technical expertise and passion for technician development has made him a trusted voice in the HVAC industry and a sought-after instructor for advanced masterclass training.
